Beaver Area School District holds a JV Tournament every year in honor of Carlee Houghtelin, a student of Beaver Area School District who lost her life from a drunk driving accident. Volleyball was such a huge part of her life. Her love for the sport, as well as the friends that became family along the way. Some of the proceeds will be donated to the Carlee Houghtelin's Memorial Scholarship Fund where a scholarship is awarded in her honor every year.
